LYNN – Mrs. Jane Elizabeth (Curran) O’Neill, age 80, of Port St. Lucie, FL, formerly a longtime S. Elm St., Lynn resident, died suddenly on Wednesday, April 25th, in Port St. Lucie. She was the beloved wife of the late Daniel F. “Frankie” O’Neill with whom she shared 45 years of marriage.
Born in Lynn, she was the daughter of the late William J. and Jane E. (Smith) Curran. Jane was the loving mother of Daniel J. O’Neill and his wife, Julie of Alaska, Jacalyn Kulakowski and her husband, Randy of Lynn, Glenn P. O’Neill and his wife, Debbie of West Virginia, Patricia DiTomaso and Jim Maihos of Maine, Mary-Jane Hutchins and her husband, Jerry and William J. O’Neill and his wife, Lily, all of New Hampshire; the cherished grandmother of 14 grandchildren and 6 great-grandchildren; the dear sister of John Curran and his wife, Maggie, James Curran and his wife, Rose, all of New Hampshire and the late William Curran, Jr.; the sister-in-law of Helen Curran of Maine; and the aunt of several nieces and nephews.
Service information: Jane’s funeral will be held on Friday, May 4th at 9:30 a.m. from the CUFFE-McGINN Funeral Home, 157 Maple Street, Lynn, followed by a funeral Mass at 10:30 a.m. in St. Mary’s Church. Burial in Pine Grove Cemetery, Lynn will be private at a later date.
