MARBLEHEAD — Coletti, Eileen V. of Marblehead died peacefully on Thursday December 10, 2020. Born in Peabody, MA to the late Alfred and Gertrude (Clinton) Roy. A graduate of Saint Mary’s Star of the Sea in Beverly, MA Class of 1952 and Mount Auburn Hospital School of Nursing. She received her postgraduate degree from the University of Pennsylvania. Eileen was a nurse at several North Shore hospitals for over 40 years. She is survived by her loving husband Richard of Marblehead whom she shared 55 years of marriage, daughter Christine Coletti of Marblehead, daughter Kathleen (Shawn) Lankowski of Danvers, son, John (Stephanie) Coletti of Swampscott, her grandchildren Megan and Paul Coletti, her siblings Ann Roy of WA, Mary (Bill) Whearty of SC, her beloved cousins as well many nieces and nephews. She loved her many dogs and belonged to the North Shore Kennel Club and the Soft Coated Wheaten Terrier Club of America. She enjoyed reading and watching her beloved New England sports teams. Eileen loved to cook and always filled her house with the wonderful smell of baked breads and muffins. She had a generous and loving heart and she never wanted anybody to go without. Her favorite charities included St. Jude Children’s Hospital and the Wounded Warrior Project.
