Lynn – Thomas C. Fletcher, Jr., age 64, passed away at Brigham and Women’s Hospital on December 13, 2020 with his loving family by his side. He was the beloved husband of Judith (Murray) Fletcher, with whom he shared 43 wonderful years of marriage.
Born in Lynn, MA on February 19, 1956, he was a son of the late Thomas C. Fletcher, Sr. and Phyllis Fletcher. Following his education, Thomas proudly served in the United States Army from 1973 until 1976. He then went on to work as an inspector for Old Neighborhood for many years until his retirement.
In his free time, Thomas loved bowling, barbequing, and spending time in nature. He also enjoyed canoeing at he and his wife’s summer home and on Ipswich River. Thomas and Judi loved traveling any chance they could, making their way to Vegas, Bermuda, and the Hoover Dam. Above all else though, Thomas loved his family. Spending time with his wife, children, and grandchildren brought him great joy, and the memories he made with them will carry on.
Along with his wife Judi, Thomas is survived by his children, Laura Marsters and her husband Roy of Lynn, Tommy Fletcher and his wife Myrydyth of Braintree, Tracy Miller of Chelmsford, Heather Theroux and her husband Acea of Lynn; his grandchildren, Roy Marsters, Jr., Ian Marsters, Caleb Marsters, Ariana Fletcher, Lukas Fletcher, Tristan Miller, Alex Saia, and Jovie Theroux; his siblings, Pam Fisher and her husband Donald of NC, William Fletcher and his wife Virginia of Lynn, Walter Fletcher and his wife Linda of Wakefield, NH, and Chad Fletcher and his wife Jeanne of Palm Harbor FL, as well as many other dear nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
