BEVERLY — Stephen M. Greeley 57, beloved husband of Darlene A. (Meldon) Greeley, died Wednesday, July 27, 2016 at the Lahey Medical Center in Burlington. Born and raised in Lynn, he was the son of the late Thomas and Elizabeth (Bruno) Greeley. He received his education in the Lynn school system and attended the Lynn Technical School.
Mr. Greeley had been employed for over ten years as a machinist at Microline in Beverly and at the time of his retirement he worked for Berkshire Manufacturing in Newburyport.
In addition to his wife, with whom he shared seventeen years of marriage, he is survived by his daughter, Melanie E. Greeley of Beverly, a sister, Maureen Sweeney of Lynn, a brother, John Greeley and his wife, Marcia of CA, his mother-in-law, Sharon Haibon of Beverly, his faithful pet dog, Princess and several nieces and nephews.
Service information: Visiting hours will be held at the Campbell Funeral Home, 525 Cabot Street, Beverly, Wednesday, August 3, 2016 from 4 to 6:30 p.m. followed by a closing prayer at 6:30 p.m. Relatives and friends are invited to attend.
