LYNN — Helen J. (Bugden) Meisner, age 80, of Lynn, died at her home, surrounded by her family, on Monday, March 9, 2020. She was the wife of Keith Meisner, with whom she shared 59 years of marriage.
A lifelong resident of Lynn, she was the daughter of the late Wilfred and Jean (Cook) Bugden. She attended Lynn schools and was a graduate of Lynn English High School.
Helen had worked as a lunch aide for the Lynn School Department at the Cobbett Elementary School for many years. She enjoyed playing BINGO, crocheting, knitting, crafts, and most especially spending time with her grandchildren. She and her husband were members of the KOA Club and enjoyed camping in New Hampshire and Maine.
In addition to her husband, she is survived by her children, Keith Meisner of Escondido, Calif., Darlene Coates and her husband Robert of Lynn, Brenda Moley and her husband Guy of Lynn, Linda Dennison and her husband Dave of Derry, N.H., and Barbra Milburn and her husband Bill of Kingston, N.H.; eight grandchildren, Melissa, Jason, Ashley, Katie, Mario, Samantha, Adam and Nicole; three great-grandchildren, Delilah, Tristan and Oliver; a sister, Joan Lynch of Las Vegas; and several nieces and nephews. She was also the mother of the late Brian Meisner, and the sister of the late June Keene, Betty King, Judy Williston and Marie Swanson.
Service information: Her funeral will be held on Thursday at 10 a.m. in the SOLIMINE Funeral Home, 426 Broadway (Route 129), Lynn. Burial will be in Puritan Lawn Memorial Park. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend.
