LYNN — Kevin Arthur Lougee passed away peacefully surrounded by family after a short illness with lung disease at the age of 57. Born in Lynn on October 16, 1962 he was the son of the late Arthur L. and the late Leslie A. (Colmer) Lougee. Kevin was raised and educated in Lynn, enlisted in the Army, served in the National Guard and then worked as a machinist until his death. Kevin’s true passion was fishing and he could be found most summer mornings in his kayak on a lake. Kevin loved his family and was a good friend to many. Kevin leaves his siblings: Robin J. Sabbio of Beverly, Dawn M. Johnson and her husband Glenn of Haverhill, Michael J. Lougee and his wife Wanda of Tewksbury and Beth A. Ritchie and her husband Paul of Rowley. Kevin also leaves his aunt Pamela J. Tyler (Colmer) and her husband David of Rochester, NH along with his cousins Jeffrey Colmer of Georgetown, Andrew Tyler of Rochester, NH, 13 nieces and nephews and many additional aunts, uncles and cousins. In addition to his parents, Kevin was predeceased by his brother David S. Lougee.
Service Information: Following Kevin’s wishes there will be no services. Family and friends are invited to a celebration of life on Sunday, January 26, 2020 from 1 to 5 p.m. at the Gannon Golf Club in Lynn.
