LYNN — Arlene M. Rossetti, 82, of Lynn, formerly of Saugus passed away following a lengthy illness on October 18, 2018, surrounded by her loving family. She was the wife of the late Ralph Rossetti. Born and raised in Lynn; she was the daughter of the late Stanley and Eileen (McGovern) Siwik.
Arlene attended St. Mary’s Elementary and High School. She worked for G.E. as an inspector for over twenty years.
Arlene most enjoyed spending time with her family, and she looked forward to occasional trips to Foxwoods. She was the mother of Anthony J. Siwik of Lynn and Patti Storie and her husband Mike of CA ; the grandmother of Tina Hardwick and her husband Alan, Matthew Siwik, Faith Roethler and her husband James and Shelby Storie. She was the great grandmother of Valerie, AJ, Brody and Ashton. She also leaves her sister Jean Tansey, brother-in-law Basil Manias and her many nieces and nephews who loved her dearly, “Auntie Arlene had a generous heart and will be sadly missed by all of us.” Arlene was predeceased by her sisters, Alice T. Manias and Norma Peterson.
Service information: Private services will be held Thursday, October 25th at Goodrich Funeral Home, 128 Washington St., Lynn, followed by burial in Pine Grove Cemetery, Lynn. Memorial gifts may be made to the NE Animal Shelter, Salem or the Dana Farber Cancer Institute.
