REVERE — Thomas Vonleh Ferguson, age 70, of Revere, died unexpectedly on July 25, 2018 after being stricken ill in Monrovia, Africa, where he was visiting. He was the husband of Adelaide (Akunor) Vonleh, his wife of 35 years.
Born in Tappita Robertsfield, Liberia, he was the son of the late Blacee and Sarah Kola Vonleh. He had worked for USXP, LLC for many years.
In addition to his wife he is survived by four children, Thomas Vonleh Ferguson Jr., Nicole Vonleh, Helena Zlahn, and Vanessa Adedeji; five grandchildren; and many brothers, sisters, nieces, nephews, family members and friends.
Service information: His funeral will be held on Saturday, Sept. 8, 2018 at 9 a.m. in the Greater Bethlehem Temple Pentecostal Church, 21 Light St., Lynn. Visiting will be held on Friday from 5-9 p.m. at Greater Bethlehem Temple Pentecostal Church. Burial will be in Pine Grove Cemetery.
