LYNN — Peter T. LaBranche, 14 years, of Lynn, died Saturday, June 30, 2018 after a lifelong illness.
He is the son of Lea (St. Onge) LaBranche of Lynn and Shawn LaBranche of Las Vegas, Nev. He was born in Salem and lived his whole life in Lynn. Peter had a contagious smile that affected everyone he met. Throughout his illness he was always smiling and touched the hearts of so many people.
Peter was an active player with Challenger Little League in Lynn. He loved the Power Rangers, Spongebob Squarepants, playing on his iPad, cooking and going for walks. He loved music of all different types. Peter was always happy and it was easy to accommodate him because of his vibrant personality. Everyone who met him loved him and he will be missed by all who knew him.
In addition to his mother and father he is survived by his brother, Shawn LaBranche of Lynn; his maternal grandparents, Roy and Gloria St. Onge of Ft. Myers, Fla., and Deborah Valentine of Peabody, paternal grandparents, Raymond and Patricia LaBranche of Lynn, his paternal great-grandmother, Gertrude Vieira of Lynn, as well as several aunts, uncles and cousins. He was the great-grandson of the late John D. and Elsie M. St. Onge, Lucien and Emerentienne (Gagnon) Theriault, Theresa and Alfred LaBranche, Albert Stuart and Edward (Avoo) Vieira.
Service information: His memorial services will be held on Friday, July 6, 2018 at 11 a.m. in the SOLIMINE Funeral Home, 426 Broadway (Route 129), Lynn. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited. Memorial visitation from 10-11 a.m. prior to his service.
